Playing your best golf includes making sure that your technique is not compromised by having to compensated for weak or tight muscles. Creating compensations and manipulations to make the ball go where you want will lead yo "RSI" or repetitive stress injuries. I have compiled a few videos here on this page that will help you to improve your physical body and develop better movement patterns.
